Our declaration to the 66th session of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (October 2019) in UN office, Geneva, October 2-3st 2019, as an N.G.O. (Non-government Organization) The state of Israel violates the human rights of all its citizens regardless of religion, race, or sex since established.
Israel was established about three years after WWII. But, contrary to the declaration of independence announcement of the establishment of the State of Israel, they violate human rights, especially for Jews, particularly those who came from Arab states. The best example is child trafficking, which we "celebrate" today for 73 years of trafficking.
The state of Israel must be stopped before they become a danger to the world.
An excellent example of the dangers of the state of Israel is the propaganda they are running all over the world as the only democracy in the middle east. Still, they are a mix of Fascism, Communism, and Nazism. You can read the declaration of independence announcement of the establishment of the State of Israel translated to English.
The Zionists are the best for saying something and doing the opposite. This was how they got Israel's state from the UN in 1948, while they collaborated with the Nazis. The Zionists are deception champions of the world.
In the Land of Israel, the Jewish people arose, in which its spiritual, religious, and political image was shaped, in which it lived a life of state communism, in which it created national and universal human cultural assets and bequeathed them to the whole world the eternal book of books.
After the people were exiled from their land by force of arms, it maintained allegiance to it in all its scattered lands and did not cease praying and hoped to return to its land and renew within it its political freedom.
Out of this historical and traditional connection, the Jews in every generation strived to regain their ancient homeland; And in recent generations, the masses have returned to their land, and pioneers, immigrants, and defenders have blossomed souls, revived their Hebrew language, built villages and cities, and established a growing settlement ruling over its economy and culture, seeking peace and protecting itself, bringing blessing to all residents and striving for state independence.
In 1897, the Zionist Congress convened to the call of the thinker of the vision of the Jewish state, Theodor Herzl, and declared the right of the Jewish people to a national revival in his country.
This right was recognized in the Balfour Declaration of Monday, November 1917, and ratified by a mandate from the League of Nations, which gave special international validity to the historical connection between the Jewish people and Israel and the right of the Jewish people to re-establish their national home.
The recent Holocaust that befell the people of Israel, in which millions of Jews in Europe were massacred, clearly proved once again the need to solve the Jewish people’s problem of homelessness and independence by renewing the Jewish state in Israel, which would open the gates to every Jew and grant the Jewish people An equal nation within the family of nations.
The remnants of the Holocaust who survived the terrible Nazi massacre in Europe and the Jews of other countries did not cease to immigrate to Israel, despite all difficulties, prevention, and danger, and did not stop claiming their right to a dignified life, liberty, and hard work in their homeland.

During World War II, the Jewish community in Israel contributed its total share to the struggle of the nations seeking freedom and peace against the forces of Nazi evil, and in the blood of its soldiers and its war effort bought it the right to be one of the founders of the United Nations.
On November 29, 1947, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution requiring the establishment of a Jewish state in Israel; The assembly demanded that the residents of Eretz Israel take all the necessary steps to implement the decision. This recognition by the United Nations of the Jewish people’s right to establish their State is irrevocable.
It is the natural right of the Jewish people to be as much as a people and a nation standing on its own in its sovereign state.
Therefore, the People’s Council members, the representatives of the Jewish community and the Zionist movement, convened on the day of the end of the British Mandate for Israel, and by our natural and historic right and based on our natural the United Nations General Assembly resolution.
We stipulate that from the moment the mandate ends, tonight, Saturday, May 15, 1948, until the establishment of the elected and regular authorities of the state by the constitution to be determined by the Constituent Assembly elected no later than October 1, 1948 – the People’s Council will operate As a temporary state council. Its executive institution, the People’s Administration, will constitute the provisional government of the Jewish state, which will be called Israel.
The State of Israel will be open to Jewish immigration and Ingathering of the exiles; Strive for the development of the land for the benefit of all its inhabitants; Will be founded on the foundations of freedom, justice, and peace in light of the vision of the prophets of Israel; Will maintain complete social and political equality of rights for all its citizens without distinction of religion, race or sex; Ensure freedom of religion, conscience, language, education, and culture; Preserve the holy places of all faiths; And be faithful to the principles of the Charter of the United Nations. The State of Israel will be willing to cooperate with the institutions and representatives of the United Nations in implementing the resolution of the Assembly of November 29, 1947. It will work to establish the economic unity of Israel in its entirety.
We call on the United Nations to lend a hand to the Jewish people in building their state and to accept the State of Israel into the family of nations.
We call on the Arab people of the State of Israel to maintain peace and take part in building the state based on full and equal citizenship and the basis of appropriate representation in all its institutions, temporary and permanent, even in the context of the bloody attack on us.
We extend a hand of peace and good neighborliness to all neighboring countries and peoples and call on them for cooperation and mutual aid with the independent Hebrew people in their country. The State of Israel is ready to contribute its share in a joint effort to advance the entire Middle East.
We call on the Jewish people in all the Diaspora to unite around the settlement of Aliyah and Benin and stand to our right in the great battle for the fulfillment of the aspirations of the generations for the redemption of Israel.
Out of confidence In the resilience of Israel, we sign with our signatures to testify about this declaration, in the session of the Provisional State Council, on the land of the homeland, in the city of Tel Aviv, today, Saturday evening, May 14, 1948.
